Outbound Telecaller - Loan Consultant

About the Role

We seek driven and goal-oriented candidates to become part of our expanding team as Loan Consultants. This position involves connecting potential clients with suitable financial products including personal loans, business loans, and other credit options.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and reach out to prospective customers for various loan products.
• Comprehend client needs and clearly explain loan product features such as Bajaj Flexi-loans, personal loans, or business loans.
• Guide clients through the documentation process ensuring all eligibility criteria are met and the application process is streamlined.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships to maximize conversion rates and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to meet monthly sales objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to manage client inquiries efficiently.
• Fundamental knowledge of credit documentation and various financial products.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM or lead management systems for monitoring daily activities.
