Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Order Processing Specialist will manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of orders placed with manufacturers, ensuring timely progression through production and shipment stages. Coordination with manufacturers to expedite shipments and relieve bottlenecks is a key duty. The role also involves tracking and maintaining an updated database of orders and statuses, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, managing payments, and compiling reports related to manufacturer transactions.

Required Qualifications and Knowledge

• Higher education degree completion is mandatory.
• At least three years of professional experience specializing in international logistics.
• Familiarity with IT equipment handling is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of fundamental international trade concepts and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of documentation and formalities involved in international freight movement.
• Familiarity with Incoterms regulations.
