Position Details

We are looking for an Order Logistics Specialist focused on SAP to join our Defence department in Bremen, Germany on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare material and production documentation needed for production orders.
• Assign essential documents such as work papers and project tracking slips to production orders.
• Assist with work planning by setting up work systems, including organizing workstations and marking unloading and supply points.
• Retrieve materials from the production warehouse and supply them to inspection stations.
• Coordinate trolley availability from the assembly area for external logistics partners.
• Support fitters by resolving SAP posting issues.
• Monitor material provisioning at workstations and escalate tasks within shop floor management.
• Execute material movements and postings within SAP.
• Direct defective components to Quality Management.
• Aid production order processes in SAP by correcting entries and establishing rework operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training of at least three years.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid foundational knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP R-3 modules MM and PP.
• Possession of motor vehicle, forklift, and crane licenses.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand processes and machinery.
