Order Clerk - Fabric Shipments

Position Overview

Scalamandre is inviting applications for a meticulous Order Clerk to manage fabric shipment operations efficiently. This full-time role demands attentiveness to detail and collaboration with various teams to maintain smooth processing.

Work Schedule and Compensation

The working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:40 PM. There is an opportunity for a hiring and retention bonus totaling up to $1,000 attainable within the first year, with specific bonus details discussed during the interview phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Release, process, and update all fabric conditional fabric authorizations (CFAs) that have been shipped.
• Verify that the correct fabric CFAs are dispatched to clients.
• Prepare, process, and coordinate the outgoing shipments of CFA fabric.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel and logistics teams to ensure operations run seamlessly.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy in product labeling and documentation.
• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on business demands.
• Ability to work under extreme weather conditions encountered in the warehouse environment.
• Willingness to engage in cross-training to support various tasks as needed.
