About the Role

We are seeking an adaptable Operations Coordinator to join a reputable engineering and automation company. This role acts as a pivotal connector between various departments including Sales, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, Service, and Project Management to ensure projects and customer orders advance smoothly from quotation to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and purchase order processing along with generating invoices and shipment documentation, supporting accounts payable and receivable through QuickBooks.
