Role Overview

This position involves managing and fulfilling client shift demands promptly by engaging with nurses, assistant nurses, and disability support workers across our talent pool. You will collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to facilitate smooth onboarding and placements, while nurturing strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

You will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced operational setting, juggling inbound and outbound communications, coordinating workforce allocations, maintaining accurate database records, and proactively engaging candidates to optimize placement potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule casual nursing shifts effectively.
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with nursing staff and clients.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally.
• Keep candidate information up to date and accurate.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure cohesive operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and customer-oriented, thriving in a fast-moving, target-driven environment. Experience in recruitment, workforce coordination, allocations, sales, or call center environments is advantageous. Effective communication skills, ability to manage conflicting priorities, confidence working autonomously or within teams, and strong administrative and booking system knowledge are essential. Background in healthcare, nursing, aged care, or casual staffing will be highly valued.

Working Conditions

• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Hybrid work model offering up to 2 work-from-home days after probation.
• Location: Perth, Western Australia.
