Overview

This role requires managing daily operations across multiple laundry and dry cleaning outlets, ensuring smooth functioning while maintaining customer satisfaction and service excellence. The candidate will be responsible for fostering brand awareness, handling premium clientele professionally, and ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed strictly across stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise multiple store operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to company policies.
  • Engage confidently with customers, addressing their queries and concerns to promote customer loyalty.
  • Manage and coordinate with store staff and sales teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs across all outlets to maintain consistent service quality and operational standards.
  • Oversee billing, order entry, store reporting, and maintain hygiene and discipline as per company guidelines.
  • Drive sales targets by coordinating with sales managers, facilitating B2B sales, and cultivating brand awareness among potential and dissatisfied customers to convert orders.
  • Handle timely pickups and deliveries, ensuring reliable and satisfactory service.
