About the Role

Cornerstone Caregiving, recognized as the nation’s largest privately held in-home care provider, is expanding its footprint and committed to enabling seniors to age comfortably and with dignity in their own homes. We seek a dynamic Operating Director for our Durham, NC branch to spearhead growth and foster our company mission. Backed by a supportive home office and a network of Operating Directors, you will take the lead in steering branch operations and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Durham branch independently with continuous corporate training and support.
  • Design and execute business development strategies to establish Cornerstone as the premier in-home care provider within the region.
  • Develop and maintain strong referral networks with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and other partners.
  • Oversee staffing duties including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring proper coverage for all shifts and on-call responsibilities.
  • Conduct in-home client assessments, build lasting relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
