Cornerstone Caregiving, the largest privately owned in-home care company, has experienced significant growth recently. The company’s mission is to empower seniors to comfortably and with dignity age in their own homes. As part of expanding nationwide, an exceptional Operating Director is sought to lead the Fort Lauderdale, FL branch. This role includes support from corporate headquarters and a network of Operating Directors and is key to advancing the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage the Fort Lauderdale branch with comprehensive corporate guidance
• Create and implement marketing strategies to position Cornerstone as the leading in-home care provider
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, hospices, senior living communities, and other partners
• Manage hiring, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling of team members ensuring all shifts are covered and overseeing on-call responsibilities
• Conduct in-home assessments, build client relationships, and ensure high client satisfaction
• Oversee financial management including budget monitoring and profit and loss accountability
• Cultivate a positive workplace culture by motivating and incentivizing staff to achieve high morale

• Proven leadership experience managing teams
• Track record of achieving sales and business development objectives
• Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and supervising personnel
