Role Overview

Celtic Careers seeks a dedicated Site Manager to oversee production and warehouse activities in Cork, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient site operation while delivering excellent service to customers. Key Duties

  • Manage daily site activities spanning production and warehouse functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, production or related operational sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health, safety protocols and compliance regulations.
  • Confident leadership skills with ability to motivate, guide, and hold teams accountable.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies and resolving operational challenges.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Experience managing warehousing or inventory control.
  • Possession of a valid forklift operating license.
