Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Full-Time Online Sales Assistant to join our energetic Online Hub team based in Molendinar, Queensland. This role offers valuable experience within the dynamic eCommerce and online sales arena. You will engage daily with a variety of donated items ranging from vintage apparel and collectibles to electronic gadgets and distinctive jewellery, ensuring they are effectively presented and sold in a fast-paced setting.

Key Duties

• Create clear, engaging product descriptions and achieve daily listing targets.
• Upload product listings to online marketplaces with provided training.
• Photograph items and arrange merchandise to highlight their features.
• Assist in dispatch procedures ensuring secure delivery to buyers.
• Manage inventory by checking in, shelving, and counting stock.
• Identify standout items for online featuring.
• Handle customer inquiries via telephone and email.
• Support internal teams with queries related to eCommerce operations.

• Experience with eBay listings and online sales platforms is preferred.
• Has an interest in at least one of these areas: Antiques & Collectables, Electronics, Fashion, or Jewellery.
