Overview
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support with emphasis on accounting, GST compliance, inventory management, and order processing across platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. The position requires efficient communication skills and proficiency in digital tools.
Key Duties
- Compile and update various weekly and quarterly reports including TS/TC, Stock Board, Cashflow, Local OMS, Petty Cash, and Live Stock data.
- Generate and manage invoices and billing documents like Delivery Challans, E-way bills, Tax invoices, and Proforma invoices.
- Maintain and update the company's Pricelist consistently.
- Handle GST filings and manage Advance Tax processes.
- Monitor shipment statuses and coordinate courier bookings.
- Keep records of attendance and prepare salary vouchers accordingly.
- Manage order processing and returns on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Execute online advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta and Amazon.
- Coordinate insurance-related tasks encompassing LIC, car, and mediclaim policies.
- Answer incoming calls and efficiently convey messages to the sales team.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, email correspondence, and accurate data entry.
- Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and GST procedures.
