Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Administrative Executive to support operations across our tech consultancy and family office. This late-night role requires strong technical skills, structured thinking, and the ability to work independently during hours aligned with UK time zones. You will be a trusted operational and technical partner, working closely with the Director to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Work Schedule

  • Shift: Night shift aligned with BST/GMT
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, 5 days
  • Core coordination times: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM IST (Start-of-day), 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (End-of-day)
  • Primary work window covers evening to late night with some flexibility but overlapping UK business hours
  • Weekend: 4-hour shift on either Saturday or Sunday
  • Preferred workdays: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (flexible depending on availability)

Key Duties

  • Managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling, and operational workflows
  • Handling structured email management including drafting and communication tracking
  • Performing data-driven administrative tasks including Excel tracking, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Supporting invoicing, payment monitoring, and coordination with accounting tools
  • Conducting research online, compiling insights, and preparing organized summaries
  • Maintaining well-organized digital systems including documents and internal tools
  • Coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Assisting with travel logistics when needed
  • Contributing to technical and operational projects execution
  • Serving as a dependable coordination point across multiple workflows
