Job Overview

As a Night Manager at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the overnight operations, ensuring a welcoming environment through excellent hospitality that creates memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and supervise nightly audits and financial reconciliation to ensure accurate records and adherence to controls.
• Manage and verify day-to-day financial postings across departments, resolving payment discrepancies effectively.
• Maintain the integrity of financial transactions including credit card payments by verifying accuracy and addressing complex issues.
• Analyze reports to detect inconsistencies, determine root causes, and collaborate with leaders to improve auditing processes.
• Support overall overnight hotel operations, addressing guest concerns and assisting during emergencies as required.
• Lead, motivate, and support the overnight team, monitoring performance, offering coaching, and promoting a positive work culture.
