About the Role

As a Networking and Partnerships Manager, you will be the key driver of cultivating and expanding the organisation's external relationships, enhancing its industry profile and building a strategic network.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a strategic plan for networking and partnerships.
- Establish and nurture a network of industry professionals, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and create opportunities that facilitate impactful introductions and foster lasting partnerships.
- Represent the organisation at conferences, exhibitions, and sector-related events.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, marketing, and event teams to increase commercial prospects.
- Discover new partnership opportunities to elevate market presence and aid growth.
- Monitor engagement metrics and showcase the commercial benefits of networking initiatives.
Candidate Profile
You are a natural connector who enjoys meeting stakeholders and influencing decision-makers at the highest levels. Your background may include partnership management, stakeholder engagement, business development, or strategic networking. You confidently represent organisations externally and bring a commercial outlook to relationship-building.
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships or stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, networking, and influencing abilities.
- A commercial approach to identifying opportunities through connections.
- Comfort engaging with senior leaders and influential figures.
- Strong organisational capabilities and multitasking skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and takes initiative consistently.
- Experience in healthcare, NHS, or wider public sector is a plus but not mandatory.
