Job description
Role Overview
At TELUS Digital, we are developing AI systems capable of perceiving and comprehending the world through multiple sensory inputs similar to humans. As a Multimodal AI Content Specialist within our global team, you will engage with cutting-edge technology that integrates image, video, and audio analysis in real-time. Your responsibility is to guarantee the precision, cultural sensitivity, and contextual accuracy of AI outputs across these diverse modalities. Through this position, you contribute to building the perceptual capabilities—the "eyes and ears"—of advanced artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cross-modal verification by assessing the alignment between different data forms, such as ensuring AI-generated videos accurately correspond to detailed text prompts.
- Conduct detailed audits of image and video datasets, verifying that AI precisely identifies intricate objects, spatial relationships, and subtle cultural meanings within visual content.
- Analyze temporal and contextual coherence over extended video sequences to confirm logical consistency and memory retention throughout clips.
- Detect safety concerns and bias that emerge only when multiple media types are combined (e.g., images safe individually but harmful in specific textual contexts).
- Contribute to crafting sophisticated prompts that instruct models to generate technically and artistically precise descriptions of visual scenes.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, or Information Security.
- Native-level fluency in your primary language, enabling identification of localized document forms and regional identity nuances.
- English language proficiency at a minimum intermediate (B1) level.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen ability to spot detailed pixel-level irregularities in digital images.

Applicants must successfully pass a discipline-specific qualification examination and undergo identity verification to join the community.
