Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranging from 39000 to 35000 depending on experience
Potential to earn performance bonuses up to 3000 every three years, subject to terms and conditions

Role Responsibilities

Conduct MOT inspections ensuring compliance with DVSA standards
Identify and report vehicle defects and issues
Stay informed about the latest MOT testing procedures and guidelines
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all vehicle inspections
Deliver excellent customer service with knowledgeable technical guidance

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Level 2 certification in Light Vehicle Maintenance; Level 3 preferred
Proven experience as an MOT Tester with demonstrated expertise
Possession of valid DVSA Tester Certification
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Possession of a full UK driving licence
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality outcomes
