About the Role
Dream Habitat LLC seeks a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor licensed in New York to oversee residential mortgage files from submission through Clear to Close. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders including the operations team, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, insurance providers, and borrowers to assure seamless and precise file progression.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loan files ensuring timely clearance to closing.
- Coordinate effectively with various internal and external parties such as operations staff, loan officers, underwriters, and other associated professionals.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in handling loan documentation and process flow.
