About the Company

Role Overview
As a Mobilisation Coordinator located in Rivervale, WA, you will be integral to a fast-growing team. The role demands adaptability to a dynamic work environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for coordinating major operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee workforce mobilisation for shutdowns, maintenance, and project tasks across Western Australia.
- Arrange logistics including flights, accommodations, site access, and travel.
- Ensure all employees adhere to client compliance and onboarding standards.
- Coordinate pre-mobilisation requirements such as medical exams, drug and alcohol testing, provision of PPE, and vehicle arrangements.
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records for employees and projects within company systems.
- Serve as liaison between employees, clients, and operational teams to guarantee smooth mobilisation processes.
- Support site administrative tasks during regional shutdowns and projects upon request.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in mining and resource industry mobilisation.
- Familiarity with mobilizing personnel for major clients like Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Roy Hill, and Newmont.
- Strong understanding of mining onboarding procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional organization and time management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail focused on accuracy and compliance.
- Experience operating mobilisation, workforce planning, or HR management systems.
