MEP Civil Engineer

Position Summary

Arihant Dream Infra Projects Limited is seeking an experienced MEP Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil construction together with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations for high-rise residential developments at their Jaipur site. The role demands strong technical expertise, effective site supervision, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely, quality, and safe project execution.

Key Duties

• Manage all civil construction activities on-site following approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Oversee RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and structural building stages.
• Perform quality audits compliant with IS codes and company standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and Mechanical systems.
• Ensure synchronization of MEP tasks with civil and finishing work schedules.
• Resolve technical challenges on-site and review relevant drawings.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Monitor material usage, facilitate procurement coordination, and uphold safety protocols.
• Support project handover phases, including snag identification and resolution, and final inspections.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Possesses minimum 5 years experience in high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
• Well-versed in MEP services and site project coordination.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation processes.
• Capable of managing multiple contractors efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to perform independently under pressure.
• Prior experience specifically in high-rise buildings is required.
• Available to work on-site at Chokhi Dhani, Jaipur; immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹50,000, dependent on experience and interview outcomes. The role offers opportunities for career advancement based on performance and involvement in challenging, professionally managed high-rise construction projects.
