Job description
Role Overview
The Measurement Lead is responsible for supervising regional Measurement Partners and reporting to the Head of Measurement. This position involves collaborating with key clients and agencies to assess the effectiveness of their campaigns on our platform, shaping measurement strategies to aid data-driven decision-making and fostering long-term client success. The role works in close partnership with teams across Sales, Product Marketing, Measurement Product, and Business Marketing to deliver exceptional client support and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate a proficient team of measurement specialists.
- Collaborate with clients and agencies to extract insights that enhance understanding of platform performance.
- Coordinate with revenue and product divisions to create strategic learning agendas for clients and agencies.
- Collect and escalate client and agency feedback to influence product development and partnerships.
- Work alongside regional leadership to supply measurement insights to important stakeholders.
- Partner with product and partnerships teams to prioritize measurement solutions that benefit the region.
- Engage with global teams to advocate for ongoing investments and growth in measurement, research, and data science.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in digital advertising, measurement, or marketing analytics, preferably within major marketing firms, agencies, or measurement providers, particularly in the Middle East and/or Africa regions.
- Proven leadership or developmental experience with analytical teams, fostering strong cultures and achieving meaningful data-driven outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Competence in applying analytical techniques and experimental design to resolve complex business challenges.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills suitable for dynamic environments.
- Ability to guide teams through intricate decisions while maintaining high-quality output.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced studies in science, mathematics, operations, business, marketing, or research.
- Experience managing client-facing or service-oriented teams.
- Knowledge of attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
- Background working with marketing agencies or organizations driven by data.
- A keen interest in fast-paced, collaborative, global work environments.
- Awareness of regional industry initiatives or measurement groups.
