Overview
We are looking for a Communication Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing customer contact activity, maintaining organized communication records, and supporting reporting needs.
Qualifications
The position is suitable for candidates with an administrative diploma or a closely related field of study.
Experience
Prior exposure to customer service or real estate sales is required for this role.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of English, including basic speaking and written communication.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to organize customer contact numbers and prepare daily communication reports.
- Experience handling and administering cloud-based calling or communication platforms.
