We are seeking a Marketing Specialist based in Auckland to join our expanding team. This role suits professionals with a few years of marketing experience eager to expand their expertise across digital marketing, content development, event coordination, social media, and customer engagement.

Role Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client events, webinars, and community-driven initiatives.
• Create engaging, relevant content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain and support social media presence by engaging with clients, partners, and industry topics.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns aimed at driving business expansion.
• Prepare client engagement materials such as welcome kits and milestone gifts.
• Utilize HubSpot for campaign management, contact oversight, and performance reporting.
• Design marketing collateral leveraging Canva, AI technologies, and other digital tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Leadership to ensure project flow.
• Innovate communication methods to enhance audience interaction and company messaging.

Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing roles.
• Strong written communication abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven experience crafting social media and digital content.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
• Comfortable and proficient in using graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to juggle several priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity for growth, and an eagerness to learn continually.
• B2B marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
