About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and energetic Marketing Manager to oversee coordination with corporate clients, manage business communications, and drive marketing initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with corporate clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate branding, signage, printing, and marketing services.
- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, quotes, and marketing collateral to clients.
- Monitor and follow up with clients regarding inquiries, approvals, orders, and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, design, production, and operations to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new business leads.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, potential leads, follow-ups, and project progress.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly to guarantee satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, corporate sales, client servicing, or business development roles.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Hindi.
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in managing corporate clients and diligent follow-up.
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, email communication, and CRM systems.
- Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in branding, signage, printing, advertising, retail, or B2B sales.
