Role overview
This position focuses on building the automotive brand, increasing customer interaction, and contributing to overall sales growth through well-planned marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will oversee campaign planning, digital channels, events, and market research while keeping all activity aligned with brand standards and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Create and roll out marketing plans that help improve automotive sales and strengthen brand positioning.
- Design and manage integrated campaigns across digital platforms, social networks, and traditional media.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure all communications follow brand guidelines.
- Lead online marketing efforts such as social media, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and other digital promotions.
- Organize product introductions, showroom activations, and promotional events.
- Review market developments, customer preferences, and competitor activity to guide business decisions.
- Partner with sales teams to keep marketing activity aligned with targets and broader business plans.
- Oversee marketing budgets and make sure campaigns are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Coordinate with agencies, media contacts, and vendors as needed.
- Track campaign results and prepare performance reports with practical insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, ideally within the automotive sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven background in digital marketing, brand stewardship, and campaign delivery.
- Working knowledge of automotive market trends and customer behavior across the GCC region.
- Experience managing agencies, media planning, and event coordination.
- Strong analytical ability and effective communication skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment.

Location: Doha, Qatar. This is a full-time, onsite role.
