• Assist with proofreading and refining advertising materials and support the execution of various marketing campaigns.

• Help prepare sales-related documents including booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings to facilitate the sales workflow.
• Perform daily administrative duties such as data entry, distributing invoices, and keeping accurate records for smooth team operations.
• Support special departmental projects and handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
