About the Role
La Petite Maison (LPM) is looking for a Marketing Executive to support its Doha restaurant and strengthen the brand’s local presence. This position is focused on promoting the restaurant’s identity, creating engaging campaigns, and helping deliver memorable guest experiences in line with LPM’s French-Mediterranean hospitality style.
Key Responsibilities
- Build brand visibility in Doha by planning marketing actions that stay true to LPM’s global image.
- Oversee social media channels, develop engaging posts, and run digital campaigns that increase reach and interaction.
- Work with the local team to plan and promote events that showcase the restaurant experience to local and international audiences.
- Create polished marketing materials for social platforms, newsletters, and promotional activities.
- Study market trends, customer preferences, and local opportunities, then turn findings into useful marketing recommendations.
- Track campaign performance using analytics and social media data, then prepare reports with suggestions for improvement.
- Develop connections with media contacts, influencers, and community partners to expand the restaurant’s visibility.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field is required.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience is expected, ideally in hospitality or luxury dining.
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Business Suite is needed.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
- The ideal candidate should bring creativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling ability.
- Must be comfortable handling several priorities at once and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- A genuine interest in fine dining, hospitality, and guest experience is important.
