Role Summary
The Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator is a crucial member of the expanding Marketing & E-Commerce team, serving as the primary liaison for all marketing inquiries. This role involves coordination with various local and international departments to ensure accurate and timely communication internally and externally. The position demands a highly organized, proactive individual adept at managing multiple responsibilities effectively, contributing to the growth of PFERD's business and enhancing brand presence in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for marketing requests by gathering, clarifying, and delegating tasks within the marketing team.
- Manage product lifecycle projects by coordinating marketing components required for launches and discontinuations.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotions by distributing campaign materials to internal and external collaborators according to the marketing calendar.
- Oversee digital marketing activities including planning, creating, and implementing social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Enhance brand visibility through public relations efforts such as influencer collaboration and strategic partnerships while monitoring budget usage.
- Coordinate retail account activities by understanding channel-specific requirements and managing branded promotional stock.
- Organize and report on open houses and trade show events, ensuring effective brand representation, and manage buying group marketing opportunities.
- Support lead management, including capture, organization, and sales follow-up, alongside marketing campaign analytics and reporting.
- Maintain and enforce visual and brand consistency across communication platforms adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global headquarters, executive leadership, sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Track and report progress on projects to ensure deadlines and objectives are met using project management tools.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in marketing coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and an understanding of broader strategic contexts.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, adapt processes, and solve problems independently.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a global team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong grammar, editing, proofreading, and organizational capabilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to evolving deadlines.
- Receptive to feedback and willing to implement suggested improvements.
- Alignment with PFERD’s values: collaboration, accountability, integrity, and determination.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using project management software such as ClickUp.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), commerce platforms, and product information management (PIM) tools.
- Background in B2B manufacturing marketing environments.
