Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Marketing Designer who approaches design not only creatively but also as a solution to business challenges through research, ideation, and effective design. This position offers a remote working format.

• Design and optimize impactful marketing funnels.
• Create user flows specifically tailored for landing pages.
• Develop hypotheses and validate them by conducting numerous A/B tests.
• Analyze the conversion funnels of both direct and indirect competitors.
• Utilize internal analytics tools to study user behavior.
• Collaborate closely with a skilled team of designers, developers, and analysts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in web design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma.
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory fundamentals.
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on driving conversion growth rather than aesthetics alone.
• Ability to organize and present information clearly, such as research outcomes, concept presentations, and brainstorming ideas.
• Capability to defend design decisions with sound arguments.
• Openness to receiving and incorporating constructive feedback.
• Motivation to develop professionally and advance in seniority.
