You will assist the content creator and marketing specialist in various tasks to support marketing operations and local community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling social media posts and organizing content repositories under guidance.
• Support event logistics including setup, managing guest flow, handling QR lead forms, photo distribution, and transporting materials.
• Conduct research on local businesses, clubs, and events to aid outreach strategies.
• Help with distributing printed materials, managing signage storage, and performing basic updates on Canva/template designs.
• Track and follow up on action items from weekly marketing meetings.
• Learn to capture enquiries at events and smoothly hand them over to the sales team.
• Monitor online reviews and messages using approved reply templates during content capture days.

Candidate Profile

• No previous marketing experience is required; key attributes are motivation, dependability, and clear communication skills.
• Comfort with Google Drive, Meta scheduling platforms, and design templates like Canva.
• Polite and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and adherence to onsite safety and brand guidelines.
• Willingness to work some weekends for planned community events.
• Holding a valid Australian driver’s licence is preferred to support local errands.
