About the Team
The Warner Records Nashville marketing team is an energetic, driven group focused on building awareness and engagement for artists and their music. The team acts as the central coordination point for campaigns, keeping label departments, management teams, and outside partners aligned from planning through execution.
Role Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the EVP, Marketing and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the full marketing department. This includes assisting the EVP, VPs, Managers, and the Digital Marketing team. The position suits someone who is highly organized, meticulous, proactive, and comfortable handling both administrative work and financial processing. It is also a strong opportunity to build knowledge of the music business and its financial operations from the ground up.
Key Duties
- Manage marketing finance operations by handling invoices, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding for the artist roster while staying aligned with internal budgets and corporate procedures.
- Support the department’s daily administration, including scheduling, planning, and coordination of meetings and related logistics.
- Help marketing leaders execute logistics for single, EP, and album campaigns, including printing and distributing mailers and other promotional materials.
- Assist the Manager of Touring & Events with ticketing support, guest lists, fan experiences, showcase planning, and on-site event coordination.
- Act as a communication link within the team by circulating updates and meeting agendas so workflows stay organized and efficient.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will have 1–2 years of experience in administration, finance, or coordination within a record label, entertainment company, agency, or corporate setting. Strong internship experience may also be considered. You should be comfortable working with financial tracking tools, invoice workflows, or team budgets, and be able to manage several requests at once without missing details. Strong digital skills are important, especially with Excel or Google Sheets, presentation software such as Keynote or PowerPoint, and project management tools.

Work Arrangement
This position is based in the office in Nashville, TN, and requires a minimum of 4 days per week onsite. In-office collaboration is considered an important part of talent development and relationship building.
