About Warner Music Group

Warner Music Group is a global music company made up of artists, creators, technologists, entrepreneurs, and passionate teams who work together to turn ideas into successful careers and build fan communities. The company is guided by three core values: curiosity, collaboration, and commitment. Curiosity drives creativity and innovation; collaboration helps great ideas reach wider audiences; and commitment reflects a focus on excellence, integrity, and delivering on promises. Warner Music Group also aims to build an inclusive workplace that welcomes people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

About the Team

Atlantic Records UK represents a wide mix of major and emerging UK artists. The digital team partners closely with Marketing and US-based colleagues to shape artist campaigns, expand online reach, grow audiences, and strengthen communities around the artists they support.

Role Overview

As a Digital Strategist, you will lead the planning and execution of artist campaigns across digital channels, with a focus on audience growth and engagement. The role involves working across social media, content planning, community building, first-party data, and creator/influencer strategy to build effective campaigns for high-profile artists. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their digital marketing expertise in a fast-moving, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of artist campaigns and deliver digital strategies across social media, community, direct-to-fan activity, and influencer marketing.
  • Partner with artists and their managers to develop campaign content plans from concept through production and distribution across major social platforms.
  • Lead the day-to-day strategy for artist social channels, making sure content is tailored to each platform and designed to perform well.
  • Build wider content networks beyond the artist’s own channels, including HQ, third-party, and fan-run pages.
  • Work with direct-to-fan and community specialists to grow and use first-party data and to develop fan communities on platforms such as Discord and Reddit.
  • Coordinate with creator marketing colleagues to shape influencer briefs and identify creators or pages that can increase usage and artist visibility.
  • Find and work with content creators, while also handling small content shoots, briefing suppliers, and checking final output quality.
  • Collaborate with platform partners to deliver support and strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  • Maintain campaign tracking, documentation, and reporting for assigned projects.
  • Build confidence in using data and sharing campaign insights clearly.

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine enthusiasm for music.
  • Strong digital fluency with a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, best practices, and growth techniques.
  • Active use of social media and a strong awareness of internet culture.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing campaigns, with clear evidence of success.
  • A naturally curious mindset and interest in emerging trends and new ways to market artists.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning about digital marketing and the music business.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Comfort working with data to guide decisions and report on campaign performance.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience creating or commissioning social-first content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Prior experience or internship in music, entertainment, or a related digital role.

Working Arrangement

This is an on-site position based in London, England, United Kingdom. The role requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office to support collaboration, talent development, and strong working relationships.
