Role Overview
This internship offers exposure to several parts of luxury public relations and marketing communications. The position is suited to someone who is proactive, eager to contribute at scale, and interested in understanding how marketing communications work from end to end.
Responsibilities
- Track and compile daily PR coverage clippings.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly reports for local, regional, and headquarters teams.
- Coordinate with agencies, retail stores, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain and organize visual materials and PR samples.
- Manage sample rotation for influencers and editors for different occasions.
- Look up competitor and other brand event references for research purposes.
- Support administrative tasks related to marketing communications events.
- Take on additional duties whenever required.
Requirements
- Comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay well organized.
- Genuine interest in the role and attention to detail in day-to-day operations.
