Role Responsibilities

• Perform marketing tasks and projects as directed.
• Manage websites, digital platforms, and marketing collateral.
• Support social media initiatives and liaise with external agencies.
• Handle marketing administration and coordinate with suppliers.
• Conduct research and assist with project implementation.
• Ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing activities.
• Support social media efforts across all hotel venues under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.
• Collaborate with the external social media agency by providing required assets, updates, and assistance.
• Create, resize, and upload content across various platforms as needed.
• Regularly update hotel and venue websites, including offers, menus, events, and imagery.
• Maintain the image library, ensuring proper formatting and accuracy.
• Keep website content current and aligned with strategic direction.

Qualifications and Experience

• One to three years of experience in marketing, social media, or administration roles.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and content management system updates.
• Comfortable with image resizing and preparing content for uploads.
• Experience using Canva or comparable design tools.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to work independently after initial briefing.
• Experience within hospitality or venue environments is advantageous.
• Proactive attitude and commitment to task completion.
