Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Associate to join the Medicare Acquisition team on a fully remote basis. This contract role initially spans 4+ months, with potential for extension. The position requires working Eastern Standard Time hours and is open exclusively to U.S. citizens. The successful candidate will facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives, including creative proofing, final approvals, vendor proof management, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of Medicare marketing campaigns by verifying data, assisting with proofing tasks, reviewing CRM campaign details, overseeing direct mail production, validating live proofs, and managing final launch approvals.
- Coordinate project activities, prepare campaign materials, participate in planning meetings, and ensure seamless alignment across various stakeholders including marketing strategists, project managers, legal, compliance, and CRM teams.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on marketing collateral to ensure compliance with branding guidelines, CMS regulations, disclaimers accuracy, personalization features, operational specifications, and version control.
- Manage Workfront projects or similar workflow tools by uploading documentation, tracking progress, maintaining schedules, facilitating review cycles, and capturing stakeholder feedback.
- Oversee legal and regulatory processes by submitting materials for review, managing feedback and approval cycles in systems such as Archer, and ensuring conformity with Medicare marketing policies and internal compliance standards.
- Maintain detailed campaign documentation and tracking measures; support annual product update tasks; engage with external vendors and agency partners; contribute to operational process enhancements; perform additional marketing operations functions as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Entry-level applicants are invited to apply; however, 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, project coordination, or related areas is preferred.
- Proven ability to meticulously review marketing materials for quality assurance, data verification, and version control.
- Exceptional detail orientation enabling detection of errors, inconsistencies, compliance risks, and quality issues prior to deliverable release.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Desirable Experience
- Familiarity with direct mail, email, CRM, digital marketing, and sales enablement campaigns.
- Background in Medicare, Healthcare, Health Insurance, or other regulated industry marketing environments.
- Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management platforms geared towards marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of compliance review and approval workflows.
