About the Role

If you are passionate about baking, whether professionally trained or experienced in a bakery or kitchen, this opportunity is perfect for you. As a Market Street Baker, you'll be the welcoming face of our in-store fresh bakery, responsible for ensuring customers find fresh products and enjoy exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee customer confidence by maintaining consistent availability of fresh baked goods.
• Keep bakery displays attractive, fresh, and well-stocked throughout the day to encourage sales.
• Prepare a variety of bakery items, such as bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products, adhering to company recipes and using equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
• Provide friendly and attentive service that removes obstacles and creates meaningful customer interactions, showcasing traditional baking skills and fresh products.
