Key Responsibilities

• Guarantee customers have confidence in the availability of fresh bakery products.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and visually appealing food displays are maintained throughout trading hours to boost sales.
• Prepare various bakery items such as bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruit-based products following company guidelines, utilizing bakery equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
• Provide exceptional, warm, and helpful customer service, removing obstacles and creating memorable experiences while highlighting traditional baking skills and fresh products.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a friendly and cooperative nature, enjoy engaging with customers, and strive to exceed their expectations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with activity throughout the day.
• Use initiative to address and resolve customer queries proactively.
• Capable of operating various bakery equipment while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Have proficient baking skills, including mixing and shaping dough for bakery products.
• Willing to work flexibly across other fresh food counters to support overall customer service.
