Role Responsibilities

• Conduct primary research by performing high-level interviews with industry specialists both by phone and in-person.
• Gather secondary data such as macroeconomic, trade, and construction statistics and analyze these to inform reports.
• Process and analyze data with precision to ensure high accuracy in findings.
• Compose detailed market reports using excellent English writing skills.
• Expand and maintain professional networks within relevant industries.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess extensive structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
• Create and update dashboards, visual reports, and presentations that clearly communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and manage data models and systems to facilitate effective analysis and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in business or a technical discipline.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a business-related position.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Motivated, inquisitive mindset with a genuine interest in economic trends and marketplace behavior.
• Confident and fearless approach to conducting research interviews.
• Strong capabilities in analysis and report writing, including proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Willingness to travel as part of the role.
