About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Manager - Investment to spearhead and oversee the investment portfolio's activities. This position entails crafting and implementing investment strategies, performing comprehensive market and financial evaluations, managing execution of deals, and ensuring investments align with company goals for optimal returns.

The Manager will collaborate with senior management and multiple departments to identify and pursue investment opportunities that significantly contribute to Qiddiya's expansion. The role demands leadership acumen, deep investment knowledge, and skillful handling of complex financial transactions while maintaining strong relations with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or closely related disciplines.
• Preferred advanced qualifications including an MBA, CFA, or equivalent credentials.
• At least seven years of practical experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, or asset management.
• Demonstrated history of managing intricate investment transactions and portfolios.
• Experience in real estate investments or related fields highly regarded.
• Knowledge of the GCC investment market is an added advantage.
• Technical proficiency encompassing advanced financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes.
• Strong grasp of investment structures, negotiation in deals, and risk mitigation techniques.
• Competence in Excel and specialized investment analysis software.
• Comprehensive understanding of investment tactics and market dynamics pertinent to Qiddiya's operating sectors.
• Fluent English communication skills essential; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
