Manager, Account Management

Overview

We are proactively establishing a talent pool for future openings of a Manager in Account Management within our Small-to-Medium Business (SMB) team based in Singapore. Although there is no current vacancy, shortlisted candidates will receive priority as roles become available. This role demands someone who has demonstrated success in managing accounts and surpassing commercial goals, thrives in dynamic settings, and is comfortable working onsite in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data, manage reporting, and resolve invoicing and operational issues.
• Strengthen partnerships with SMB clients through the use of proprietary learning tools.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing departments to deploy and expand marketing campaigns.
• Educate SMB partners on utilizing the marketing tools available on the platform to facilitate growth.
• Coordinate with Operations to assess partner compliance with operational standards.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities by promoting best operational practices.
• Participate in executing significant commercial initiatives in an agile and fast-moving industry environment.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in client-facing roles in fields such as restaurants, FMCG, technology, or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of customer behavior and the impact of content quality on purchasing choices.
• Analytical thinker with a knack for detecting opportunities through data trends.
• Demonstrates ownership, discipline, and structured approach to work.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are advantageous.
