Role Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in hands-on learning, gaining comprehensive knowledge of business operations right from the first day. Based at neighborhood branches, you'll act as the primary contact for customers and partners while also managing operational aspects behind the scenes.

This structured program will prepare you to eventually manage your own branch, generate new business opportunities, and lead your team. Through this role, you will learn and develop expertise in customer service, sales and marketing, financial management, and day-to-day operations—all while being supported by mentorship and coaching.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Possession of a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or an internationally recognized equivalent by WES or IRCC, preferably in BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related disciplines.
  • At least six months of cumulative experience, in areas such as commission-based sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality industry roles, or leadership positions like military service, athletic teams, or university clubs.
  • A valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No convictions related to drug or alcohol offenses (DWI/DUI) within the last five years.
  • Authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Note that this position generally does not qualify for Permanent Residency under eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) guidelines.
