Management Consultant / Associate Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Management Consultants or Associate Consultants to join our team in Gurugram. This role involves performing comprehensive market, industry, and competitor research to uncover actionable insights, supporting senior consultants by developing strategic recommendations, and executing both quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in solving complex business issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed research into markets, industries, and competitors to gather relevant data.
• Analyzing business challenges to distill pivotal insights that can inform strategy.
• Supporting the development of strategic recommendations alongside experienced consultants.
• Executing both qualitative and quantitative analytical exercises to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Coordinating multiple project activities efficiently while adhering to deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Open to fresh graduates and those with up to one year of professional experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with solid problem-solving aptitude.
