Job Overview
Take on assigned responsibilities under guidance from seasoned professionals to acquire the necessary skills and experience for advancement to supervisory roles. This role includes hands-on training across multiple departments, offering insights into line and support functions, operational processes, management perspectives, and company policies.
Key Duties
Learn by observing experienced team members to master procedures, methods, and the standards required to effectively carry out departmental tasks.
Requirements
- Possess ITE or Diploma qualification.
- Have between 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
- Bilingual capabilities in English and Mandarin are essential.
