Maintenance Team Associate

Overview

This position involves actively engaging in a structured maintenance cleaning program focused on controlling costs while maintaining a clean and safe environment for both shoppers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to follow a comprehensive cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety standards and cold chain protocols.
• Ensure timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist in inspecting maintenance and cleaning tools to confirm they are functioning properly and that adequate cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Foster a safe workplace by completing all necessary in-store certification programs and following company policies and procedures.
• Conduct floor cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance across all non-sales floor areas when needed.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $18.05.
