About the Role
A luxury boutique hotel in Hyderabad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Executive to join its pre-opening team. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹30,000. The role involves ensuring maintenance and smooth functioning of various hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical, plumbing, and carpentry maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to avoid breakdowns.
- Oversee maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG), pumps, lighting, and other utilities.
- Liaise and coordinate with Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) vendors to maintain equipment and facilities.
- Support seamless day-to-day hotel operations through effective maintenance management.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Educational qualifications such as ITI or Diploma are preferred.
- Experience in hotel, hospital, or commercial building maintenance is advantageous.
- Ability to join immediately is highly desirable.
