Role Summary

We are seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist to join our client on a contract basis. This remote position involves managing complete logistics operations and enhancing supply chain processes for prompt and efficient delivery across multiple regions.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics like on-time delivery rates, shipment costs, and inventory turnover.
• Work collaboratively with various internal teams to synchronize supply chain activities with company goals.
• Identify potential risks including supplier disruptions and bottlenecks within the supply chain and develop mitigation plans.
• Utilize data analytics tools to forecast demand accurately and maintain optimal inventory levels.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain planning, or related roles.
• Competency with supply chain management software and tools for data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication abilities to coordinate with both internal teams and external partners.
