Role Overview and Responsibilities

As a Logistics Specialist, you will ensure efficient order processing and manage logistics to fulfill customer requirements. You will prepare comprehensive shipping documentation to facilitate both domestic and international shipments, collaborating closely with stakeholders to resolve shipment-related issues until successful delivery.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to guarantee orders are accurate and processed promptly.
• Interpret customer logistics needs and make necessary arrangements accordingly.
• Work with designated freight service providers to secure shipping space.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to confirm packing completion and readiness for shipment collection.
• Generate all required shipping documents for local and international deliveries.
• Track shipments to assure timely pickup and delivery.
• Address and resolve any problems associated with shipments until customers receive their goods.
• Handle additional warehouse and logistics-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in logistics, order processing, and shipment coordination.
• Proven expertise in preparing shipping documentation for cross-border and domestic shipments.
• Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain fundamentals.
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and time management.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and perform independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and SAP systems.
• Compliant with corporate policies, ISO 13485 standards, and other regulatory obligations.

Educational Background

Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is required.
