About the Role

This is a full-time, office-based role in a busy and fast-moving team. The position plays an important part in supporting repair technicians and customers by making sure the correct parts are available in the right place at the right time. It involves day-to-day management of inventory and stock flow, including order handling, packing, stock tracking, and reporting.

Key Duties

• Receive incoming stock carefully and resolve any stock mismatches or discrepancies.
• Send out goods and manage transfers between branches.
• Source packing supplies and postage materials when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organised parts storeroom with stock stored neatly and kept free from dust and dirt.
• Look for better ways to improve office efficiency and stock-handling processes.

About You

• Prior experience in a comparable role is preferred, though not mandatory.
• You enjoy working in an environment that moves quickly and changes often.
• You communicate clearly in both writing and speech.
• You are confident using computers.
• You are highly organised and able to work independently, plan ahead, and prioritise tasks so deadlines are met consistently.
• You pay close attention to detail, use sound judgement, and stay calm while multitasking without losing accuracy.
• You have an eye for improving processes and identifying opportunities.
• You work well in a team and bring a positive, practical, and solution-oriented approach aligned with the company values of ingenuity, integrity, care for others, and fun.
