Logistics Executive (On-site)

Role Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring consistent replenishment of products to retail outlets at Changi Airport, maintaining precise inventory counts. Close collaboration with merchandisers, third-party logistics providers, and suppliers is essential. Additionally, the role focuses on managing logistics costs to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound shipments
• Oversee daily outbound logistics activities
• Coordinate returns to warehouses (RTW) and returns to vendors (RTV)
• Process warehouse invoices promptly
• Conduct inventory data analysis
• Manage logistics for special events
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisors or management

Work Locations

• Primarily stationed at the company’s headquarters in Tampines
• Periodic visits to Changi Airport retail stores and the 3PL warehouse in Tuas as required, with transportation or reimbursements provided

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in management, logistics, economics, industrial engineering, or related quantitative social sciences
• Prior experience in trade operations or warehouse management is essential
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to collaborate well within a team
• Proactive problem-solving capability
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Comfortable handling duty-free liquor and tobacco products as part of daily duties
