Job Summary

PT Roda Jaya Sakti, a prominent mining services contractor established in 2010 in Eastern Indonesia with extensive equipment and professional resources, is seeking a Logistic Staff to join their team. The role focuses on managing the reception, storage, and issuance of goods according to established protocols, ensuring availability of materials and operational necessities, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage goods receipt, storage, and issuance in compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure materials, spare parts, and operational supplies remain sufficiently stocked.
• Maintain precise recording and control of inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock taking and monitor inventory consistently.
• Prepare administrative reports and logistic activity documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• Preferably possesses experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehouse administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong administrative abilities, plus effective communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site under a roster scheduling system.
